ASC continues to make some of the most interesting and inventive electronic music around. Every album/EP is distinctive, but uniquely his. This is one of his darker releases, not so much cold as and deep and somewhat desolate. The beat textures are almost industrial, with ambient keyboard flourishes and unconventional rhythms. Frequently mournful piano lines colour the mix with a sense of sombre reflection. A rewarding, reflective album.

Arrival is a masterpiece…the whole EP is brilliant. My favourite of all ASC releases. Please reissue this on vinyl sir!
